C.H.Erbslöh is a German company specializing in the distribution of chemical products worldwide. Each of its 12 European branches embodies a family-oriented approach to work and customer service, reflecting one of the core principles of the company, which has been family-run for over 140 years.
Our goal was to update the company's digital communications while showcasing its warm, personalized approach to every client. The primary user groups include suppliers, from whom the company sources products, and end customers, who benefit from C.H.E.'s competitive pricing and fast delivery of essential components.
C.H.E has a wide range of expertise, enabling them to communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers. To reflect the company’s rich historical context in the European market, we created a dedicated page documenting the contributions of various members of the Erbslöh family, who have played a pivotal role in the company’s success. Many clients have thrived under the supportive guidance of C.H.E. The dynamic table helps users navigate through offerings, using 3D for enhanced product differentiation and an application table for deeper insights.
The result is a multi-page website and media platform catering to diverse user segments – from B2B clients to students and researchers aspiring to build careers in a company with a longstanding history and strong scientific foundation.
As part of the strategy, we explored the media potential of the website. We concluded that highlighting the uniqueness of each branch required giving a voice to the employees. This led to the idea of launching a media platform integrated into the website, where employees of this decentralized company could share their research in chemistry and biology, showcase the achievements of their branches, and foster closer connections with customers and suppliers.
